1. Subscription Services Refund Policy
1.1 Monthly Subscriptions (Starter & Growth Plans)
- No refund is provided for the current billing month once service has been activated and used.
- If you cancel within 7 days of first subscription and have not used the service, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period β you continue to have access until then.
1.2 Annual Subscriptions (if applicable)
- Annual plans may be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
- After 14 days, a pro-rated refund will be provided for unused complete months, minus a 10% processing fee.
1.3 Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refund terms are governed by the individual service agreement signed at onboarding.
2. One-Time Services Refund Policy

3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- One-time setup fees and onboarding charges.
- Third-party costs already incurred (domain registration, cloud hosting, Meta ad spend, Google ad spend).
- Custom AI agent development work already delivered.
- Subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day trial window where the service has been actively used.
- Partner program registration (free, no payment involved).
4. Service Failure Refund
If Digital Anthem fails to deliver a committed feature or service within the agreed timeline due to our fault, you may be eligible for:
- A proportional credit to your account for the affected period.
- Extension of subscription by the number of days the service was unavailable.
- In cases of major service failure lasting more than 7 consecutive days, a partial refund for that month.
This does not apply to downtime caused by third-party platforms (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, cloud providers) or force majeure events.
5. How to Request a Refund
- Email info@digitalanthem.in with subject line: "Refund Request β [Your Name/Business]"
- Include your invoice number, subscription plan, and reason for refund.
- Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours.
- Eligible refunds are processed within 7β10 business days via the original payment method.
6. Cancellation Process
- To cancel your subscription, email info@digitalanthem.in with 30 days' notice.
- You will receive confirmation of cancellation within 24 business hours.
- Access to services continues until the end of the paid period.
- Export your data before the cancellation date β data is deleted 30 days after service ends.
7. Disputes
If you are unhappy with the refund decision, you may escalate to our senior management at info@digitalanthem.in marked "Escalation." We will respond within 5 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Indore, MP, India.
