Yes! This is one of our key strengths. Our Social Media AI, WhatsApp Automation, and AI CRM are all Hinglish-ready — meaning they can communicate naturally in the Hindi-English mix that Indian customers prefer. We also support full Hindi content generation for social media posts, WhatsApp messages, and follow-up sequences.

Our AI CRM analyses every incoming lead based on multiple signals — website behaviour, form responses, demographic data, time of enquiry, and past interactions. Each lead receives a score from 0–100. High-scoring leads trigger instant WhatsApp/SMS alerts to your sales team. Low-scoring leads are nurtured automatically through email and WhatsApp sequences until they're ready to buy.

Zero ban risk — we use only the official Meta WhatsApp Business API, not third-party bulk senders or unofficial tools. The official API has no ban risk for legitimate business messaging. Your number is registered directly with Meta, messages are sent within policy limits, and all templates are pre-approved by Meta before use.

Currently we support Instagram and Facebook with full automation — posts, stories, Reels captions, DM auto-replies, and comment responses. LinkedIn support is on our roadmap for Q2 2026. YouTube and Twitter/X support is planned for later in 2026.

The Master AI Agent is a centralised AI brain powered by n8n (an enterprise automation platform) that connects all your Digital Anthem products and 400+ external tools into one intelligent system. It can:

• Automatically route leads from website to CRM to WhatsApp to sales team
• Trigger social media posts when a product is updated
• Alert your phone when a high-value lead enquires
• Sync data between all tools in real time
• Make decisions and take actions without human intervention

Think of it as your digital business manager working 24/7.

A standard business app (customer-facing or employee app) takes 4–8 weeks depending on features. What's included:

• Both Android & iOS versions from a single codebase

No lock-in. All monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with 30 days' notice. We believe if our product is delivering value, you won't want to leave. We don't need contracts to keep you.

We accept: UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS bank transfers, and cheques. GST invoice is provided for all payments. We don't currently accept international cards — please contact us if you need special payment arrangements.

Yes. We are GST-registered. A proper GST invoice (with GSTIN, HSN/SAC code) is issued for every payment. These can be used for your business expense claims and input tax credit (ITC) wherever applicable.

Your data is stored on AWS/Azure cloud servers with data centres in India. All data is encrypted in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest (AES-256). We follow strict access controls — only authorised team members can access your data, and only to resolve support issues. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

Yes! Our Master AI Agent (n8n-powered) supports 400+ integrations including Zoho, Salesforce, Tally, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Slack, Telegram, Gmail, Outlook, Shopify, WooCommerce, and many more. During onboarding, we map all your existing tools and build connection workflows. If a specific integration isn't available, we can build custom API connections.

We target 99% uptime SLA for all hosted services. Scheduled maintenance (usually less than 1 hour/month) is communicated 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp and email. For any unplanned downtime exceeding 4 hours, we provide account credits. Our infrastructure uses auto-scaling cloud services to handle traffic spikes.

Yes, all plans include onboarding training:

• Starter/Growth: 2-hour online video call training for your team + video documentation.
• Enterprise: Full on-site training at your Indore office (or anywhere in MP) + dedicated account manager.

We also provide WhatsApp support for quick questions during business hours.

Our Partner Program lets you earn recurring monthly commission by referring businesses to Digital Anthem. Here's how:

• Register as a partner — completely free, no investment required.
• Get your unique referral link and a marketing kit (brochures, pitch decks).
• Refer businesses who subscribe to any Digital Anthem plan.
• Earn commission every month as long as your client stays subscribed.

Commission rates: 10% (Starter) · 15% (Growth) · 20% (Enterprise). Commission is paid on the 10th of each month via bank transfer.

Send a cancellation request to info@digitalanthem.in with 30 days' notice. Include your business name and invoice number. You'll continue to have full access until the end of the current paid period. We'll also help you export all your data before the service closes.

Absolutely. Your data is yours. Upon cancellation, we provide a full data export in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON) including all CRM leads, HR records, content, and reports. You have 30 days after service termination to download your data, after which it is permanently deleted from our servers.
